An overview of VAT cases pending before the ECJ and decided VAT cases which have been published in English in the weekly reports of the Court of Justice and/or the Official Journal between 1 September 1998 and 31 August 1999. Cases that are not directly related to VAT, such as cases on special consumption taxes, are not included.
