Germany and Italy have come to appreciate the benefits that can be achieved through APAs, and accordingly have enacted new rules which provide for this possibility. This article looks into the Italian and German provisions under scrutiny by the EU Joint Transfer Pricing Forum, as well as the developing best practices.
