This overview highlights the Council’s (i) addition of Anguilla, Bahamas and Turks and Caicos to the list of non-cooperative jurisdictions; (ii) agreement on solidarity contribution on surplus profits of fossil fuel sector; and (iii) discussion of a possible transition to qualified majority voting.
