This note deals with the Finance (No. 2) Bill 2013-14, which was published on 27 March 2014. The Bill includes proposals from the 2014 Budget, which was presented to Parliament on 19 March 2014, but predominately comprises other clauses that were substantially issued for consultation in advance.
