France : current and future transfer pricing measures

On 3 November 2004, the Minister of Economy and Finance presented 30 measures aimed at improving the security of French tax legislation in an international context. These 30 measures were adopted by the Council of Ministers on 22 December 2004 and should be introduced in the French system throughout 2005. This article examines the main measures of interest for multinational enterprises.
