September 2019 and February 2020, the author published articles in the International Transfer Pricing Journal on CbC reporting regulations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). As the UAE introduced new CbC reporting regulations for UAE-headquartered multinational enterprise groups on 4 June 2020, this article is structured to provide the latest information concerning CbC reporting regulations in the UAE.
